Today we learnt about the relationships and characters in the Merchant of Venice. We found out that everyone dislikes Shylock even his own daughter Jessica dislikes him. We then watched the film, where Antonio's time was up and he had to pay the price. Shylock was determined to get the pound of flesh even though he was offered twice the amount of money. It ended in Shylock getting all of his possesions confenscated.
